Welcome to Indonet AI. In this episode, you'll activate your account and sign in for the first time.

It starts with an email from Indonet AI, titled: You're invited to Indonet AI. If it isn't in your inbox, check your spam folder. Click Accept invite and set password. The link works only once, and it expires after seventy-two hours. Now, create your password.

As you type, the checklist tracks each rule: eight or more characters, an uppercase and a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol. When every rule turns green, type the same password again to confirm it. The Activate account button unlocks. Click it. Your account is active. Click Continue to Quick Setup.

On the Sign in page, enter your email address and your new password, then click Sign in. Several wrong attempts in a row will lock the account for a while. If you forget your password, use Forgot password. You're in. Your first sign-in always opens Quick Setup.

In the next episode, we'll finish Quick Setup and meet your first agent.

Power Commands

One word gives you a finished product photo, a slide deck, a cited research report, a month of content ideas, a story draft, or a thinking partner that grills your plan until it holds up. In other chat apps a command like /productshot is just text the AI may or may not follow. On Indonet AI every command is built into the platform: it runs the right tool with a tuned recipe and tells you the price before your balance is used.

  1. STEP 1Type / in the chatOr press the bolt next to the paperclip. The menu lists every command your account can use, with the price of each image and video command.
  2. STEP 2Pick a command, add a short briefFor example /productshot matte black water bottle. When a command needs something you left out, like a headline, your agent asks for it first.
  3. STEP 3Get a finished resultImages and clips land in the chat and your Gallery, decks and PDFs arrive as files, and answer-style commands shape the reply itself.

Captured on a real workspace, prices included.

/tldr /idTwo answer commands, stackedThe question was asked in English. /id answers in Indonesian and /tldr keeps it to three points and the bottom line.
/grill-meA partner that questions your planOne sharp question at a time, each with ready answers to tap. The session keeps going over the next messages; /done ends it with the decisions, open risks and next three actions.
/content-plan /enA month of content in one messageTwenty weekday posts across Instagram and TikTok, each with a format, a hook and a call to action, grouped into one theme per week.
/productshotOne word, one studio photoThe agent confirms the price ($0.05 on this account), writes a professional prompt from the recipe, and the image arrives in the chat.
/staticadBuild on the image aboveSay 'the bottle above' and the command uses that image as its reference: the same product, now in an ad with your exact headline.
/animateTurn the ad into a clipVideo costs more, so the command first asks for length and resolution with each price ($0.51 to $2.31 here). A 5-second 480p push-in came back two minutes later.

Tips that save time

  • Commands go first. "/tldr summarise this" runs the command; "please /tldr this" is ordinary text.
  • Answer-style commands stack (up to five): /tldr /id, /table /formal. Tool commands run one per message.
  • Chain results: /productshot, then /staticad the bottle above, then /animate the ad above.
  • Guided sessions (/grill-me, /superpowers, /interview-me) keep going over several messages. Answer the questions, then type /done for the wrap-up.
  • Attach a photo to use it as the reference, for example your own product with /productshot or your room with /interior.
  • Image commands run straight away at the price the menu shows. Video commands ask for length and resolution first, because a clip costs more.
  • Your own skill is your own command: create it in Skills Studio, then type / and its name.

Master Account or Sub-Account?

Both work with their own agent and the same tools. The difference is who looks after the team and the balance. Your account type is shown under your name in the top-right corner once you sign in.

Master Account

Run your workspace

As the Master Account you own the workspace: its balance, its members and what each of them may spend. Everything below lives under Dashboard and Users & Access.

  1. STEP 1

See your whole workspace at a glance

    Sidebar → Dashboard

Balance left is what everyone in your workspace can still spend. Next to it: tokens drawn in the last seven days, storage, members, and active agents. The daily chart shows what was spent per day.

The balance is live. The token count and the chart refresh once a day, so today's usage shows up tomorrow.

  2. STEP 2

Invite the people who work with you

Sidebar → Users & Access → Invite member

Enter one email address, or switch to Bulk (CSV) to invite a whole team. Each member inherits your role: the same tools, models and storage you have. They receive an email with a single-use link that stays valid for 72 hours.

  3. STEP 3

Follow each member's spending, and set a limit

    Users & Access → Members & usage

Every member shows what they spent on chat, images and video, their total, and their limit. Click the payments icon on a row to set a limit in US dollars; leave it empty and the member shares your balance freely.

A limit caps one member. Your workspace balance is still shared by everyone.

  4. STEP 4

Pause someone's access, then restore it

Users & Access → the block icon on a member

Suspending a member stops them from signing in and spending at once; you confirm it first. Suspended members move to the Suspended tab, where the restore icon gives their access back. Nothing they made is deleted.

Sub-Account

Get to work on day one

As a Sub-Account you get your own agent and the same tools as the person who invited you. There is nothing to administer: your sidebar simply has no Administration section.

  1. STEP 1

Accept the invitation from your team

    Your inbox

Your Master Account invites you by email. Click Accept invite & set password, create your password, and sign in. The link works once and expires after 72 hours; if it has, ask the person who invited you to resend it.

No email? Check your spam folder first.

  2. STEP 2

Finish Quick Setup and meet your agent

    First sign-in

Three short steps: your display name, a password check, and your own agent. Then read the Terms and Conditions to the end and agree. Your workspace opens on the chat.

  3. STEP 3

    Ask your agent anything

    Workspace → Chat

Type in the Ask anything box and press Enter. The reply streams in; open Thought process to see the steps it took. Under every reply you see the tokens it used. Your chats are saved in the list on the left.

The balance at the top of the sidebar is shared with your team, so it can move while you work.

  4. STEP 4

Give your agent your own documents

Workspace → Knowledge Base → Add source

Paste a web link, choose a file (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or text, up to 20 MB), or type the content yourself. Once the source shows Ready, your agent can find it and cite it in chat.

  5. STEP 5

Turn a file into a presentation

    Workspace → Chat

Ask for a presentation from a file in your Knowledge Base and say who it is for. Your agent first shows every style as a real slide; pick one, or let it choose. The deck lands in the chat in two to five minutes: step through it, open it full screen with Present, read every slide's text with Outline, or download an editable PowerPoint with Export PPTX.

The figures come straight from your file. Name a style in your message, or start with /slides, to skip the style picker.

  6. STEP 6

Keep an eye on your balance

    Sidebar → Dashboard

Balance left is the shared balance you draw from. Chat, images and video all use it. When it runs low, or you reach the limit your Master Account set for you, ask them to top it up.

Still stuck?

After you sign in, the Guideline explains every screen in plain language, and Support sends your message straight to Indonet Customer Care. Both sit in the sidebar under Resources.
